This professional tool/website will help architects, designers and
other professionals to make the right decisions in indoor lighting
design. All too often indoor lighting designs are based on costs
only. There is however much more to be said and seen!
A
good lighting design will have a positive influence on the
productivity and well being of workers. It can also increase the
aesthetic value of your building by providing sparkling light
accents and luminance patterns.
We’ve selected several commonly used office spaces to demonstrate
the effects of different choices in lighting design. Using the
advanced computer simulation suite Radiance we’ve generated hundreds
of visually accurate views.
Now the Lighting Design Comparison Tool will enable you to
realistically compare the designs of your choice.
At this time we are offering only relatively low quality views, that
incorporate one single reflection of light via walls, floors
furniture etc. By March 2005 these will be replaced by high quality
views.
For optimal viewing we recommend a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
